My name is Rama Sugiharto, an experienced and results-driven technology practitioner with a proven track record across multiple disciplines, including Marketing Technology, Product Ownership, Agile Project Management (Scrum Mastery), Software Quality Assurance, DevOps Engineering, and Full-Stack Web Development.

With a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end software and digital marketing lifecycle, I have consistently contributed to the successful delivery of data-driven, user-centric, and high-impact digital products in agile and cross-functional environments. At AyoSatu Indonesia, I currently serve as a Digital Marketing Specialist, overseeing the marketing ecosystem for multiple products including AyoMuslim.id, AyoSiswa.id, AyoSatu.id, and AyoPramuka. My work focuses on performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads), SEO optimization, campaign analytics, and cross-brand growth management. Through data tracking and creative optimization, I drive measurable user acquisition, engagement, and ROI across the AyoSatu product family.

Previously, at Surplus Indonesia, I served as a Marketing Technology Lead, combining roles as Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Quality Assurance. I was responsible for building and maintaining the marketing data infrastructure (GA4, GTM, Mixpanel, Firebase), developing automation pipelines, and aligning product and marketing teams through Agile collaboration. This experience strengthened my ability to translate marketing needs into scalable product solutions and measurable performance outcomes.

Before joining Surplus, I worked at DDTC Indonesia as a Developer and Social Media Specialist, contributing to the development and optimization of the company’s corporate website and digital platforms. I managed SEO–SEM campaigns, system integrations, and DevOps-related workflows while ensuring all digital assets aligned with the company’s branding and business objectives. My hybrid role allowed me to bridge technical implementation with digital communication strategies.

I was part of Discovery Hotels & Resorts as a Web Developer and Social Media professional, where I developed and managed multiple websites for brands under the Discovery group including Hotel Borobudur Jakarta, Discovery Kartika Plaza Hotel Bali, Discovery Hotel Ancol, and Palace Hotel Cipanas. I handled UI/UX design, backend integrations, SEO, and social media engagement to enhance brand visibility and improve online booking performance across properties.

My professional journey began at Pelican Hotel Solutions as a Junior Web Developer & Social Media, where I supported website implementation, client-side optimization, and QA testing. This role laid the foundation for my understanding of web technologies, project execution, and the hospitality tech ecosystem.
